In weeks 9 and 10 of Term 2, students in Prep to Grade 6 received a visit from Tennis Tasmania during their PE lesson. Students engaged in minor games and activities to teach the skills required to play Tennis, with the older students also learning some rules and scoring to aid match play. All students who participated enjoyed both sessions and it's great to see their Tennis skills and knowledge improve. Students heard about some clinics on at the Burnie Tennis Centre during the holidays, contact details can be found below.
