In P.E during the start of Term 2 students have been preparing for our school Cross Country Carnival which was held on Monday May 22 on our school walking track.

The sun was shining and the clouds were coming over as students and staff made their way onto the track.  Each class had a different start / finish position around the track.

Students started running at 1:45pm and were given 30 minutes to complete as many laps as they could of the track.  Both students and staff ran and or walked together,  with some completing up to eight laps. It was great to see our students putting in their best efforts and aspiring to do their best for the afternoon. We would like to congratulate all students on their efforts, and thank all the parents / carers and family members who came to assist and cheer on our students.

From the practice in PE and the Cross Country Carnival results the following team of grade 3-6 students have been selected to participate in the NWPSSA Cross Country Carnival held in Ulverstone in week 7.
